Can I return my order?
We hope you love everything you receive from PurpleHouse Artisans! But if it turns out that a non-custom piece doesn’t work, please email us at info@purplehouseartisans.com within one week of receiving your order and let us know why. With prior authorization, we will refund your original purchase price, less shipping, once you have returned the item to us in its original gift box. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and custom orders are non-refundable.
What if my jewelry needs to be repaired?
PurpleHouse Artisans jewelry is all handmade and is inherently delicate. It needs to be treated gently (for example, don’t pull your turtleneck over your head while wearing dangly earrings, don’t throw your earrings in a big heap on your nightstand, and don’t fiddle with your jewelry once you have it on!). We will not repair pieces that reflect mishandling or normal wear and tear. But if something unavoidable has happened to a favorite piece, contact us at info@purplehouseartisans, and depending on the situation, we may be able to repair or remake the item. Costs for repairs or replacements will be agreed upon with the customer before we accept the redo, and payment will be arranged via private link on our website.
